NiYo Engineers’ pH Control Trainer specially designed to teach and familiarize students with feedback control application

Sodium Hydroxide and HCl are used as process fluids. A process tank with stirrer is provided for mixing the two fluids. pH transmitter senses the pH and flow of two fluids are varied accordingly to obtain pH control. Optionally, the system can be interfaced with PLC.
