NiYo Engineers’ PID Controller is designed to demonstrate P, P+I and P+I+D action. The PID Controller has Auto Tune facility. Temperature of water in a stirred tank is controlled by feedback control system. Effect of change of PB, It and Dt is studied. One ceramic bare type sensor is welded on the vessel, this avoids any losses and reduces lag. The system incorporates the standard industrial components.
