Products

Description
The equipment is specially designed to study gear box of wind turbines. Various faults can be generated for AI/ML development, if needed. The equipment consists of an electrical motor whose speed can be varied. The motor is coupled to a planetary gearbox. This in-
turn is coupled to a parallel shaft gearbox. A magnetic brake is coupled to the parallel shaft gear box. The magnetic brake is used for loading the system.
An electronic panel supplied with the equipment can be used to vary the load on the motor. A loadcell with signal conditioner and a digital indicator displays the load value which can be converted to torque applied.
A set of faulty parts of gearbox are supplied. User can insert a particular fault for further study.
User can install the sensors like accelerometer on the equipment (Not part of the supply by NiYo). The data from the sensor is used for FFT analysis and further studies.
