Description

NiYo Engineers’ PLC Controlled Liquid Mixing Plant Trainer helps teach and familiarize students with real-life PLC application in process industry.

Fluid from a storage tank is pumped to three different tanks in a metered quantity. Level is monitored in each tank. The fluid from the three tanks can be mixed together in the process tank in a predetermined proportion that is controlled by PLC. The process tank has a stirrer. All the tanks are transparent, so the conveying and mixing processes are clearly visible.

The trainer can be interfaced with any standard PLC and HMI. SCADA programming is also available.
